Job Description:

O'Neill and Brennan are looking for a Part time Welfare Cleaner for a Construction Site in Brentwood

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
3. Empty rubbish and recycling bins
4. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
5. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as lobbies and hallways
6. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
7. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

Experience:

1. Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
3. Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
4. Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
5. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
