Primary Teacher - Bispham - Part-Time to Full-Time Role Starting September 2025

Start Date: September 2025
Working Pattern: 3 days per week (with a view to full-time later in the term)
Contract: Temp-to-perm opportunity
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Teaching Personnel is working in close partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bispham, currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher to join their team in September 2025.

This role will begin as a part-time (3 days per week) position, with a planned transition to full-time as the term progresses.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community
• Contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking teaching team

Minimum Requirements:

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Has recent experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Is flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil progress
• Confident in managing classroom behaviour and adapting to different year groups if required
• Willing to grow into a full-time role and integrate into the school community
