Location: Colchester, Essex Salary: £12.26 per hour Hours: Part-time – 15 hours per week (includes weekdays & weekends)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Colchester.

• Assist with personal care, daily household tasks, and maintaining routines

• Encourage involvement in local activities and hobbies

• Foster independence, dignity and empowerment

• Promote a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment

• Be flexible and adaptable to different situations and needs

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with autism and challenging behaviours

• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Ability to lone work confidently and responsibly

• Driving ability preferred (to support community activities)
