Position: Part Time Sales Associate

Reports to: Store Manager

Department: Retail

Hours: Contracts vary

WYSE London Marylebone High Street store opened in September 2021 but it's more than just a shop - with regular stylist sessions and events, the store has a remarkable vibe and inspires women to feel fabulous.

Position Description:

WYSE London Sales Associates have a passion for exceptional customer service and a love for the product. Our Sales Associates embrace the WYSE story and enjoy sharing the story whilst building strong and lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome customers into our WYSE London store, introduce the brand and product
  2. Offer style advice and confidently put together outfits
  3. Advise customers on fit and care of the product
  4. Strive to make anything possible for our customers, introducing order in store, wyselondon.com and pre-order where product is unavailable in store
  5. Drive brand loyalty capturing customer's data
  6. Support the Manager with store operations
  7. Key holder duty as required

  1. Sales performance
  2. Units per transaction

Key Skills and Experience:
Essential:
  1. Experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Passion for people and delivering the best in-store customer service
  4. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Desirable:
  1. Experience in fashion retail / luxury fashion brand
  2. Good IT skills
