As our journey continues, we're looking for a warm, passionate, talented and friendly Key Holder (Senior Style Advisor) to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. You will be working 14 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting, assisting and selling to customers
2. Coaching Junior Sales Advisors staff
3. Leading staff and direct their activities as briefed by store management
4. Operating tills and handling financial transactions
5. Merchandising and replenishing stock as directed
6. Assisting with deliveries and stock handling as directed
7. Working alongside Deputy Manager and Supervisors
8. Understanding our company's culture, products and initiatives
9. Taking responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement
10. To undertake any other reasonable duty as directed by your line managers
