Job description

We’re delighted to be recruiting a Private PA for an UHNW woman and her family, based in West London with travel to Surrey once a week. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting both personal and household affairs.

You’ll be responsible for managing UK and international properties, overseeing estate matters, coordinating diaries and appointments, booking travel, managing household expenses, and supporting the family’s broader needs. You'll also liaise with the Principal’s professional diary and provide occasional support to her Partner and adult daughter.

This role would suit a flexible, proactive PA who is happy to adapt to the family’s routine. Core working days are Monday to Wednesday, typically 9am–5:30pm, with occasional shifts from 10am–6pm. An interest in healthy living is a bonus.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for the weekly travel to Surrey.

Duties:

  • Managing the family diary, including appointments, travel, and itineraries
  • Overseeing household payroll and liaising with pensions and HMRC compliance specialists
  • Managing household staff across London and Surrey – scheduling, rotas, stock ordering, and task delegation
  • Processing freelance staff wages and recording hours
  • Recruiting and managing family chef services – food orders, budget monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Coordinating with designers and contractors for property projects and maintenance in both locations
  • Managing tenant liaison and maintenance for the London rental property
  • Overseeing garden and estate teams – maintenance planning, task management, and material procurement
  • Handling admin tasks – updating live task sheets, daily bulletins, and maintaining shared reference materials

Skills needed:

  • Must have strong estate and property management
  • Must be willing and confident driving to Surrey on a weekly basis
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to use initiative
  • Flexible and happy to multitask
  • Full UK Driving License
