An excellent London Borough Council is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team, for up to 15 hours per week, on a locum rolling contract basis.

The successful locum Planning Lawyer will be required to hold a caseload of planning and highways work, including Section 106, Section 278, and planning advice.

While office attendance is preferred, our client is also open to fully remote applicants.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to pick up an extra few hours a week alongside their current role, or for someone looking to take a step back from full-time hours!

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Planning Lawyer who will be able to hit the ground running. Therefore, experience in a similar role within a local authority is highly advantageous, but not essential.
