Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business and Private Personal Assistant to support a dynamic creative professional engaged in both business and private ventures within the creative and fashion design sectors. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the creative industry and at least 7 years of experience and super tech savvy.

Responsibilities:

1. Update/upload online stock
2. Help with customer queries
3. Liaising with manufacturers/shipping firms
4. Sourcing items
5. Planning shoots
6. Social media content creation
7. Copywriting
8. Recce’ing potential London pop-up locations
9. Provide ad-hoc support as required
10. Assist with personal or family arrangements
11. Run errands
