Part time Marketing Co Ordinator

Location: Longwell Green

Hours: Part-time, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM

Salary: £15,600 per annum

Parking: Available

An exciting opportunity has become available to join an award-winning, family-run business in Bitton as a part time Marketing Co Ordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, great organizational skills, and the confidence to engage with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
  2. Contact customers to introduce yourself and gather essential details.
  3. Manage TV airtime campaigns from start to completion.
  4. Process customer orders and issue invoices.
  5. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure smooth project delivery.
  6. Handle campaign bookings and oversee their progress from start to finish.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent telephone communication skills.
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
