Legal Receptionist/Administrator (Permanent, Part Time, 16-20 hours)

They are seeking a part-time Legal Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.
About the role
Location: Pensby, Wirral
Position: Part-Time Legal Administrator
Hours: 16-20 hours per week (office based, e.g. Weds, Thurs, Friday). Open to discuss days, however Friday's are non-negotiable
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience - circa GBP13ph
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus BH (all pro rata) pension, plus more
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to solicitors, including case management, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofing legal documents.
- Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well organised.
- Supporting customers and being empathetic to their situation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a legal administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
