PageGroup are delighted to support an FMCG business based in Wednesbury with the appointment of a Part Time HR Manager to join a busy site for circa 8 month interim contract. This role can offer hybrid working.

Description

Working closely with the SLT onsite, the role of Part Time HR Manager is a generalist, stand-alone role, taking full responsibility for all HR matters at a busy manufacturing site. You will cover the full people life-cycle from HR Administration tasks through to supporting the SLT with the People strategy and any HR projects/initiatives.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• HR Administration
• Recruitment
• Employee relations casework
• Any HR projects and initiatives
• Supporting the SLT with the people strategy

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR background within a similar position.

Job Offer

Up to £45,000 (Full Time Equivalent)

Circa 8 month interim role
