RedGreen Partners have been retained by a North West, commercial but values-led organisation to recruit a Part Time HR Coordinator. Working 20-25 hours per week, this is a rare opportunity to join a small, collaborative HR team to support on all aspects of day-to-day operational HR activity.
Supporting the HR Director for both the UK and European business, this role will include:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous HR knowledge at a similar level and experience of working in a commercial organisation, ideally with a European/international presence. Sound communication and organisational skills are a given, and attention to detail along with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work performance is a necessity.

Salary on offer is £28,000 – 32,000 FTE worked 20-25 hours, split over 3 or 4 days. Based out of their office in Chorley, you’ll be required to work a maximum of 3 days on-site, and benefits include a company bonus, enhanced family-friendly benefits, and a contribution pension up to 7%.
