Part-Time HR Assistant Blandford GBP12.60

Looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can make an impact? We re hiring a HR Assistant to join a friendly, close-knit team in Blandford. No prior HR experience? No problem! If you re an organised people-person with strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you.

This permanent, part-time role (15 hours per week) offers flexibility, ideally spread across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and will be supporting a small but dedicated team that keeps everything running smoothly.

As the HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with HR system updates (starters, leavers, probation reviews)
  • Helping with payroll amendments and resolving queries
  • Organising training sessions and supporting HR-related meetings
