3 days per week ideally or 5 shorter days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
- Lead on HR projects, policy development, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Profile
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
