Part-Time Female Support Worker – Driver Preferred

Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary: £12.26 per hour
Hours: Part-time – 22.5 hours per week (Weekend Work)

Driver preferred
You must have the right to work full time in the UK
Female applicants only (Exemption under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
Experience with LD/Challenging behaviours & Sensory impairment is essential

We’re looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Colchester.

1. Assist with personal care, daily household tasks, and maintaining routines.
2. Encourage involvement in local activities and hobbies.

4. Promote a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment.
5. Be flexible and adaptable to different situations and needs.
