  7. Collaborate with the Assessor’s Office team to improve efficiency in property valuation processes.
Qualifications & Skills

  1. Education & Experience: Associate’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience in real estate appraisal, property valuation, market analysis, or a related field. Equivalent education/experience will be considered.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CAMA systems (preferred). Experience with MUNIS and DOR Gateway systems is a plus.

  4. Abilities: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in both office and field settings.
  5. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist the public and collaborate with town departments.
Work Environment

  1. Office-based with frequent fieldwork inspecting properties in various weather conditions.
  2. Requires standing, walking, stooping, and lifting objects up to 30 lbs.
