Part Time Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator - Ruthvenfield, Perth and Kinross

We are looking for a cheerful and professional Part-Time Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator to join our vibrant team at a leading financial institution based in the lovely Perth and Kinross. This temporary role will allow you to showcase your communication skills while contributing to an exciting customer experience.

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Facilitating Customer Sessions: Lead interactive tasting sessions, where you will share insights and gather feedback to improve our services.
  2. Creating Memorable Experiences: Develop and implement engaging activities that leave a lasting impression on our customers.
  3. Communicating Effectively: Build rapport with customers through exceptional verbal and written communication, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  4. Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with our marketing and service teams to align customer feedback with our strategic objectives.
  5. Recruiting Shoppers: Recruit shoppers from the store shop floor and invite them to take part in blind tastings.
  6. Preparing Food: Prepare the food for the tasting while ensuring that safe and legal protocols are adhered to at all times.
  7. Conducting Customer Panels: Work within a team to conduct untrained customer panels on various products.
  8. Gathering Feedback: Use questionnaires and ask questions face to face to gather responses on the performance of various products.
  9. Training: Attend planned training days and achieve the required pass score to ensure skills and knowledge are maintained.
  10. Supporting Quality Team: Conduct other ad-hoc customer testing when requested.
  11. Business Code of Conduct: Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
