Job Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with existing customers handling a range of customer enquiries, which could be in relation to booking a doctor's appointment and providing some healthcare advice. The role will also involve handling any claims coming into the business, which you will deal with from start to finish, ensuring the best level of care. You will be working in a busy environment handling a high volume of calls and enquiries via email, working with the team to provide a first call resolution!

The Successful Applicant:

• Previous customer service experience
• Able to work in a busy environment
• Passionate about delivering the best level of customer service
• A confident telephone manner
• Good team player
