The Package
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: £21,500 (Pro Rata) plus £400 additional commission per month for the first 4 months
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £25,000 - £32,000(Pro Rata)
Location: Rochester, Medway
Work Pattern: 4pm- 8pm Monday to Friday with alternative Saturdays

Guide customers to an awesome experience from start to finish
Connect with and build strong relationships with clients from a pool of warm leads
Set up top-notch appointments that boost mortgage and protection business
Smash targets for appointments and mortgage sign-ups
Team up with Mortgage Advisors to schedule seamless customer reviews
Keep things compliant and in line with the rules, all while staying true to our values of honesty, trust, and integrity!
Keep customer records sharp and current with our awesome software
Partner up with the Direct Sales team to rocket business growth
What you’ll bring to the table:
Call Centre experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
Comfortable multitasking across different IT systems
Clear and confident telephone communication skills
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
Skilled at building trust and lasting relationships
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Driven, motivated, and full of energy
A target-focused mindset with a passion for success
Hardworking with a strong focus on results
Some knowledge of the mortgage process is helpful, but not necessary
