Are you ready to play a key role in the vibrant world of interior design? We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Part-Time Credit Controller to join our client's dynamic team! ️ Contract Details:

Position: Part-Time Credit Controller (3 days a week, 8.30am-4.30pm)

Contract Type: Temporary (one month)

Hourly Rate: £17.95+!!

Start Date: End of April

Location: Farringdon

What You'll Do:

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing our financial records and ensuring timely payments. Your tasks will include:

1. Performing bank reconciliations to keep accounts accurate and up-to-date.
2. Raising invoices.
3. Managing purchase ledgers and sales ledgers with precision.
4. Collaborating with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
5. Utilising Excel to track payments and maintain financial reports.
6. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage prompt payment.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

1. Strong experience in bank reconciliations and ledger management.
2. Proficiency in Excel and other financial software and standard account packages.
3. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues.
4. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Experience with Access Dimensions and Monday.com desirable but NOT essential!
