Job description

We are working with an excellent wholesale company based in Whitefield who are looking for a part time Credit Controller to join them on a part time, permanent basis. This role will be working approx 20 hours per week, but are flexible with working days/hours etc.

This company is a medium-sized turnover company and will report into the finance manager.

Duties include:
  • Chasing overdue invoices
  • Raising sales credit notes
  • Allocating payments on the in-house accounting package
  • Handling queries relating to the ledger/credit control
  • Adding new customers onto the system
  • Performing credit checks on new customers
  • Reporting any debtor issues to the finance manager
  • Applying for credit insurance
  • Bank reconciliations (multi-currency)
  • Month-end reconciliations
  • Other adhoc duties
