Job description

Based in Moreton, our client has built a reputation for providing a quality payroll and umbrella service to both temporary staff and contractors throughout the UK. They are seeking a new member of staff to join their registration team on a part-time basis.


Previous experience is not essential as a comprehensive induction programme is in place; however, the following skills and knowledge are required:

  1. Attention to detail: both written and verbal; the role requires strong data entry skills.
  2. Highly organised: with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  3. Team player: having a proactive approach to your work and providing support to colleagues when required.

The Person:

  1. Must have a good working knowledge of the main IT software packages including Excel.
  2. Possess a can-do attitude.
  3. Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
  4. Willing to take on board and embrace a comprehensive training programme.
  5. Ability to input data into a variety of systems with a high degree of accuracy.

The client is prepared to look at either 2 or 3 full days (8:30 AM to 5 PM) with a 1-hour lunch each day. This equates to either 15 or 22.5 hours per week:

  1. 3 days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
  2. 2 days: Tuesday and Wednesday.
