Job description

Location: Halland Near Lewes, BN8 6PS (Limited public transport)

Requirements
  • Previous experience is not required

Responsibilities
  • Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for our residents
  • Foster independence and promote social inclusion
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents
Working Hours
  • Two week rolling rota (22.5 hours pw)
  • Weekend working required
