About the Role:

As a Part-Time Business Teacher on supply, you'll have the chance to teach Business Studies to secondary school students at a range of levels. Whether you're available for a few days a week or longer-term assignments, this is a perfect opportunity for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers (NQTs) who are looking for flexibility and variety in their work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Support students in their understanding of key business concepts, such as marketing, finance, and business ethics.
• Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where necessary.
• Follow school policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 3 and 4 is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning.
• A DBS check (we can assist with this if you don't already have one).
