Part time Bookkeeper

Temporary Bookkeeper job for 1 day per week based in Leatherhead area

You will be working for a thriving construction organisation who are leaders in the local area.

Your new role

You will be supporting the finance function by completing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Trial Balance, Sub contractor payments (CIS), and small monthly payroll. Using QuickBooks, you will have experience of working at this level and be keen to add value and provide support to this busy thriving organisation. This job is for 1 day per week.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience of bookkeeping for smaller organisations in a similar field. You will have experience of CIS payments, AP and AR (low volume), and be experienced at running a small monthly payroll. The job is based on-site at the organisation's offices in the Leatherhead area and you will have excellent communication skills. This would suit someone looking to add an extra day into their present schedule of bookkeeping services or maybe someone returning after a break.
