Part-time bartender at The Moorings Hotel and Restaurant

We are unexpectedly looking for a part-time bartender to support our head barman and cover his days off whilst a member of staff is off. Ideally Mondays and Tuesdays and some additional hours Saturdays and Sundays. All availability will be considered. Must be familiar and experienced in making cocktails and good under pressure. Knowledge of wine would be an advantage. Position likely available for up to two months, possibly longer.
