Job description

SHED has been serving exceptional coffee since 2013, building a strong reputation within East London’s creative community. With deep roots in art, photography, and co-working culture, we’re looking for a barista with an enthusiasm for wine to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:

A skilled barista and wine lover, confident in dialing in grinders, maintaining coffee machines, and handling day-to-day cleaning and food prep. Someone with a genuine interest in wine, whether you already have knowledge or are eager to learn. Ideally based in East and South London, with a strong sense of community and hospitality. A team player with a positive attitude, keen to be part of a creative and social environment.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities:
  1. Be able to take feedback and improve
  2. Open to training and learning
  3. Genuinely interested in wine and coffee culture
  4. Understanding of where coffee comes from, how it’s roasted, and the variety of flavours it offers
  5. Good at following systems and processes, aligning with SHED’s way of working
  6. Strong command of English
  7. Likeable, friendly, and engaging with customers and colleagues
