Part-Time (1 Day/Week) Private PA to Creative Director of Luxury British Brand, £30-40k pro rata

This prestigious, luxury British brand is looking for a part-time PA to support their Creative Director on a personal basis, one day per week. The role is supporting a very professional and respectful individual, and supporting him with personal tasks including:

1. Personal diary management
2. Planning, researching and organising all personal holidays (finding villas/hotels/chalets, flight bookings, transfers, activities etc.)
3. Property management/maintenance
4. Property refurbishment
5. House/car insurance, maintenance etc.
6. Event planning, invitations, catering organisation etc.
7. Liaison with accountants and professional bodies on behalf of the Principal
8. Gift purchasing
9. Reservations, tickets, memberships
10. Art collection management – inventory
11. Arranging purchases of luxury goods, artwork, jewellery and fashion.
12. Arranging shipment if required and specialist insurances
13. Ad hoc research
14. Printing documents
15. Personal and business filing
16. Assisting with personal wardrobe

The role would ideally suit someone with 2-4 years experience, who already has a part-time position which they are looking to supplement. They are looking for someone initially for one day a week for three to six months, with the potential for it to be extended. The right person does not need a huge amount of experience but some experience as a PA and within a private setting or luxury goods would be ideal. More importantly, they are looking for someone trustworthy, honest, reliable, organised and an excellent communicator.
