An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the Bristol Turbines Facility. The BTF is a growing and high technology business unit within the Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace Supply Chain. The BTF is a high-volume facility that manufactures high pressure single crystal Turbine Nozzle Guide Vanes through casting (BTF-Foundry) and then machining (BTF-Machining).
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be working in the BTF Manufacturing Engineering continuous improvement team in either the BTF-F or BTF-M. The successful candidate will provide technical support to operations and execute Manufacturing Engineering activities to develop, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes and/or methods of manufacture, which are capable of meeting and continuing to meet business and customer requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time (SQCD).
