Part II Architectural Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Chichester. My client is currently looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team working primarily on High-End Residential projects as well as some Commercial and Leisure projects. Projects range from smaller scale £400,000 contract values up to larger scale £15,000,000 schemes. Our client works across all RIBA Stages and would be able to offer a great platform for mentorship for Part III studies. This is a Revit using practice; however, training can be provided to the right candidate.

Part II Architectural Assistant Job Overview

• Working on a range of High-End Residential, Commercial and Leisure projects
• Work across all RIBA Stages
• Using AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and SketchUP on a regular basis
• Liaise with construction professionals
• Analyse and create detailed drawings and specifications
• Supervising construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines

Part II Architectural Assistant Job Requirements

• Living within a commutable distance of Chichester
• Masters Degree in Architecture
• Experience as a Part I or Part II Architectural Assistant
• Excellent knowledge of either AutoCAD or Revit - Revit training can be provided
• Able to deliver exciting schemes to high-end clients
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
