Location: Hampshire
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a keen eye for design to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Hampshire. This established firm is renowned for its commitment to sustainable architecture, working on a diverse mix of residential and commercial projects while delivering innovative and practical design solutions.

The ideal Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have substantial post-Masters experience and a strong drive to progress within the industry. You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative setting, contributing to a variety of projects. Proficiency in Vectorworks and SketchUp would be advantageous.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

1. RIBA Part 1 & Part 2 qualifications completed
2. Strong experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant in a UK-based practice
3. Ability to work independently and within a team
4. Excellent understanding of UK building regulations
5. Skilled in designing and modelling projects while collaborating with senior architects
6. Supporting Project Architects and attending design meetings
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. High level of technical ability
9. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
