  2. Undertaking legal work to deliver identified business objectives including intra-group legal arrangements and special legal projects
  3. Communicating legal issues to internal stakeholders and providing legal advice and guidance with frequent and transparent communication
  4. General corporate and commercial legal exposure including drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and terms of engagement
  5. Liaising with external legal providers and other service providers including fund administrators, custodians, contract counterparties
  6. Assisting with signings and undertaking post-completion tasks

Who we are looking for

  1. A law degree or equivalent, LPC or BVC certification, and previous paralegal experience in either private practice or in-house asset management environments
  2. Prior experience in fund or transactional legal work is desirable
  3. A strong communicator, with a problem-solving attitude and a desire to learn and progress professionally
  4. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive can-do approach to tasks are essential
