TSR Legal are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm to recruit a Paralegal for their Private Client team, based in Bristol.

About the Role
As a Paralegal within the Private Client department, you'll support qualified lawyers with casework, client communications, and administrative duties. This role offers an excellent stepping stone for those looking to grow into managing their own caseload under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with fee-earning tasks and contribute to managing a caseload under supervision
• Draft legal documents using firm templates and precedents
• Carry out legal research and communicate findings clearly
• Perform administrative duties related to file and case management
• Support the team with business development and marketing initiatives
• Attend relevant BD events hosted by the firm
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes

What We're Looking For:
Essential:

• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other legal IT platforms
• Clear and professional written communication
• Good understanding of client care and relationship management
• Ability to carry out basic legal tasks with initiative and support

Desirable:

• Legal qualifications such as LLB or CILEx
• Previous experience in a legal support or administrative role
