We have an opportunity for a Paralegal to join our expanding New Build team, which is based at our Norwich office. Working in a collaborative environment, this new position offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with developers, buyers, and investors, and will be pivotal to ensuring that our clients experience a professional and efficient service.
About the Team:
The New Build team is a specialist team dedicated to handling new build property transactions. The friendly and highly regarded team have vast experience and knowledge of working with developers and home buyers.
Our team of new build property specialists advise buyers and developers on all aspects of new build property transactions, from managing plot sales, to the purchase of a new home.
The team have particular experience in: Buying a New Build Home, Financial Gifts, Help to Buy Schemes and ISAs, Lifetime ISAs, Forces Loans, New Build Developer Incentives, New Build Legal Services for Developers, Shared Ownership of New Build Properties, and Stamp Duty Land Tax.
