THE ROLE:

Position: Paralegal/Legal Executive

Our small and friendly High Street client law firm based in Harpenden is now seeking a Paralegal/Legal Executive for their Litigation Dept. The successful applicant will preferably be able to provide assistance in the following areas:

1. Access injunctions
2. Assisting with possession notices and claims
3. Assisting with tasks like disclosure lists and preparing bundles
4. Any smaller tasks/claims for existing clients that they would not want to send elsewhere
5. Assisting with witness statements
6. Attending court where counsel is instructed
7. Running simple debt claims

Ideally, you will have a pleasant personality and be able to work with a team as well as being bright and willing to learn and to have a good command of written English.

Hours: 9-5.30pm (One hour for lunch)
Salary: £28-32,000 depending on experience
Holidays: Standard plus Bank Holidays and closed for Christmas
