As a Paralegal, you will manage your own caseload of pre- and post-issue Housing Disrepair claims from start to finish. This fast-paced, target-driven role offers significant career progression, with the potential to transition into a training contract. The firm is known for its dynamic environment and its commitment to the professional growth of its staff.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience handling Housing Disrepair claims
• Proven ability to manage a caseload from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, litigation trends, and precedent
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
• Excellent client care and the ability to deliver results
• Tenacity and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Proclaim case management system experience (preferred)
