Paralegal - Construction Claims
Consultancy Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid /Flexible Working)

Are you a legal professional with a passion for construction law and dispute resolution? A specialist construction claims consultancy in London is looking for a Paralegal to support their high-profile caseload, working on complex disputes across the construction industry.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of high-stakes construction claims and adjudications, assisting with a diverse range of disputes involving contractors, developers, subcontractors, and major infrastructure projects. You'll play a key role in supporting high-value cases!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with legal research, case preparation, and dispute resolution strategy.
  2. Drafting legal documents, including contracts, claims, and adjudication submissions.
  3. Managing case files, organising evidence, and preparing materials for hearings.
  4. Liaising with clients, contractors, and legal teams to gather case-critical information.
  5. Monitoring key deadlines and ensuring legal compliance in all documentation.
  6. Supporting senior consultants and lawyers in handling complex construction disputes.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Law degree (essential).
  2. Strong understanding of construction law, contract disputes, and adjudication processes.
  3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases at once.
  6. Experience in construction law, adjudication, or dispute resolution is highly desirable.
