Job description

Our client is a well-established, growing law firm seeking a Paralegal - Commercial Property based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis. You will also need a full UK driving license and access to a car at all times.


Summary of the Paralegal - Commercial Property role

Salary: circa £26,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes - 100% office based
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities of the Paralegal - Commercial Property
  1. Manage and advise on Client files covering a wide range of property matters.
  2. Draft documentation and correspondence relating to property matters.
  3. Deal with completions.
  4. Attend meetings with Clients and marketing events.
  5. Undertake project work and deliver training as required.
  6. Travel to other offices as appropriate.

Requirements for a successful Paralegal - Commercial Property
  1. Professional Legal qualification preferred.
  2. Substantial Commercial Property experience.
  3. Ability to manage own workload.
  4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with confidence communicating at senior level.
  5. Strong drafting and proof reading skills essential.
  6. Well organised with excellent time management.
  7. Strong attention to detail.

This role is purely suited for a career paralegal and does not offer a training contract or progression into a Legal Fee Earner/ Solicitor role.
