Paralegal Assistant - Immigration

If you have experience of immigration law then this role as a Paralegal Assistant with a very reputable law firm will really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

• Providing all-round administrative support to the Head of Appeals for Immigration
• Preparing a wide range of legal documentation including correspondence and reports
• Assisting with casework including LAA funded and private client work anticipated
• Liaising extensively with clients and outlining assessment process and timeframe
• Preparing and managing funding applications to the Legal Aid Agency
• Compiling applications to meet home office requirements including letters of representation
