My client is looking to appoint a Paralegal within their Commercial Litigation team.

You will be required to be office based working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting caseloads that include general and commercial litigation matters such as property disputes
2. Drafting and amending documentation
3. Attending client meetings
4. Liaising with third parties
5. Updating of case management system
6. Keeping up to date with legislative changes
7. Assisting with new clients

Requirements:

1. Practice knowledge of working with a case management system
2. Compliant with Code(s) of conduct
3. Anti Money-Laundering regulations
