Job Title: PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL

Location: Liverpool

Salary: up to £30,000

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to provide essential support to a Principal in managing a diverse caseload of CICA, RTA, and EL/PL/OL claims. This full-time role, based at our office, involves working on fast-track to multi-track claims from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in personal injury law and be proficient in relevant legal systems.

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:

1. Proven experience in managing personal injury cases, including CICA, RTA, and EL/PL/OL claims
2. Proficiency with RTA and EL/PL/OL Claims Portal and DCP
3. Familiarity with Proclaim case management system
4. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and processes
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
7. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
