About the Role:

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing process, ensuring property transactions progress efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams, external solicitors, and clients, assisting with legal documentation, compliance, and transaction management. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the end-to-end conveyancing process, ensuring transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
• Support in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation related to property purchases and sales.
• Liaise with external solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to facilitate transaction progression.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML procedures.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Identify and escalate potential legal risks to senior team members.
• Provide administrative and legal support to the wider legal team.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, preferably in property law or conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of residential property transactions and legal documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a growing team.
