A leading manufacturer is looking for an experienced Paint Shop Manager to oversee its paint operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a production manager with expertise in paint applications, production planning, and data analysis to join a strong, well-established team.

About the Role:
As the Paint Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for directing and optimizing the paint shop team’s activities, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Working alongside a skilled team, you’ll focus on continuous improvement within the paint shop, enhancing productivity and quality while maintaining established processes. Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing the production plan to meet on-time delivery and performance targets.
2. Leading the paint and prep team, coordinating schedules, and monitoring progress.
3. Collaborating with senior operations to identify and resolve production challenges.
4. Ensuring adherence to safety standards and maintaining a high-quality work environment.
5. Managing inventory and overseeing the upkeep of all paint equipment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven management experience within a paint or coating environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team to meet KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
- Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations in a manufacturing setting.
