The ideal candidate

Will be able to manage jobs and complete all decorating to a high standard, including both painting & wallpapering.

You will be looking for a company to work for long-term and have an interest in developing yourself.

Normal working hours are 8.00am until 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Skills, Experience & Traits Required

• Valid Driving License
• Own transport is required; a van may be provided if necessary after 4 months of employment.
• Being a good team player.
• Great customer service skills and experience dealing directly with customers.
• Be willing to go that extra mile to ensure our customers are 100% happy.
• Excellent timekeeping and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• NVQ level 3 in Painting and Decorating preferable.
• More than 5 years experience of decorating residential and commercial properties.
• A great eye for detail.
• A passion for decorating with an excellent standard of work.
• Able to relate information back to head office in a timely and organised manner.
• Experience dealing with on-site issues and able to adapt as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting & decorating tasks such as surface preparation, painting, and finishing.
• Drive to different job sites to complete painting and decorating assignments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
• Transport materials and equipment.
