Job description

Due to increased works, we are currently looking for experienced Painters to join our thriving Painting business based in Southampton. We are looking to fill various roles within different areas such as Salisbury and Southampton - the right individuals will be suited to nearer to their location. This role provides great career progression as we will need Forepersons to manage our growing team so will also suit Painters with Supervisory experience as well.

The Painter role:
  • You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings.
  • To ensure work is completed efficiently, on time and to a high standard you will be incentivized with bonus schemes.
  • Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team and the customers around you.
  • What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator:
  • Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or other relevant qualifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards while working professionally.
  • Social Housing experience desirable.
  • Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, use of own vehicle.
