We are looking for an experienced marine paint sprayer. The client is a renowned expert in the marine industry, specialising in the repair, refit, and maintenance of luxury pleasure yachts. They manage a diverse range of sailing and motor yacht projects within the high-end market, providing clients with a comprehensive, one-stop solution for their vessels. The company offers its employees an exceptional working environment, collaborating with other skilled shipyard professionals to deliver top-tier repairs, refits, and upgrades. The role is based in Hamble, Hampshire.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Painter:

1. Excellent eye for detail
2. 2-pack paint systems
3. Must be able to work unsupervised
4. You may be required to do some basic filling and fairing
5. High-end quality finish
6. Marine experience is a must

Qualifications and Requirements for the Painter:

1. Good working knowledge of interior & exterior spraying and finishing
2. Good working knowledge of hand painting techniques
3. Working knowledge of Awlgrip and International 2-pack paint systems
4. Must be able to travel to Hamble for the role
