Role Overview

This role combines vehicle preparation and paint spraying, focusing on prepping and painting cars and vans to industry standards. Key responsibilities include:

1. Prepping vehicles, including sanding, masking, and priming.
2. Carrying out paint application to achieve a high-quality finish.
3. Ensuring all work meets insurance-approved and industry-standard requirements.

What We Offer

Salary: £38,000 to £43,000 basic (dependent on experience)
Bonus: Based on claimed time, with on-target earnings of around £55,000 for quick and efficient technicians
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 45-hour week
Flexible start and finish times
No weekend work
