About the Role:

As a Paint and Coatings Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and development of our products. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will conduct quality control tests, prepare samples, and assist in product development and troubleshooting to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct laboratory tests on paint and coatings to ensure quality and consistency.
2. Support the development of new formulations and products.
3. Maintain accurate records of testing and results.
4. Ensure the work environment complies with health and safety standards.
5. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product performance.

About You:

Previous experience in a laboratory or production environment, preferably within the paint or coatings industry.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A valid driving licence is essential due to the company's location.
