We have a fantastic opportunity at Holland and Barrett to join us as Paid Social Specialist, and will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales in H&B. This role requires a deep understanding of social media advertising, audience targeting, and performance optimization to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will leverage paid social strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and enhance the brand's presence in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
