We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take the lead on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and beyond - driving ticket sales and boosting brand awareness for some of the most exciting events in the industry.

Paid Media Specialist - Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns
2. Collaborate with creative teams on ad assets
3. Monitor and report on campaign performance
4. A/B test creatives, targeting and landing pages
5. Align campaigns with event strategies and goals

What We're Looking For:

1. 3+ years' experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok essential)
2. Strong data and analytical skills
3. Background in events, hospitality or entertainment preferred
4. Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and dynamic ads
5. Confident working in a fast-moving, creative environment
